Recently, the 7th National University Network Culture Construction and "Strive to Be a Campus Netizen" Learning and Sharing Event, hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Cyberspace Administration of China, was held at Tongji University in Shanghai. As one of the first pilot universities for the "National University Ideological and Political Education Agent Platform and i Ideological and Political Large Model," Liu Cheng, Director of the Student Affairs Department of HIE, was invited to attend the event.

This event, themed "Empowering University Network Culture with Digital Intelligence to Answer the Call for Building a Strong Educational Nation," focused on facilitating the exchange of experiences in university network culture construction and innovative practices in network-based education. As the sole representative of provincial education departments, Gao Shan, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, systematically shared Hunan Province's work experience in leveraging its advantages as a province rich in red resources, education, and cultural media to promote the integrated development of network literacy across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels and explore a network-based education pathway with distinctive Hunan characteristics. During the event, the "Campus Network Civilization Initiative" was released, and significant achievements in empowering ideological and political education with artificial intelligence were announced.

This selection as one of the first national pilot units represents full recognition by the Ministry of Education and the Cyberspace Administration of China of HIE's innovations in ideological and political education and its digitalization efforts. Moving forward, HIE will strictly implement all deployment requirements from the Ministry of Education, the Cyberspace Administration of China, and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. Grounded in the university's educational characteristics and the practical realities of student affairs, HIE will comprehensively advance the construction of the Ideological and Political Education Agent Platform and the implementation of university-level services, deepen the integration of "AI + Ideological and Political Education," and strive to create a smart ideological and political education brand with distinctive "HIE" characteristics, contributing the "HIE Solution" to the development and construction of ideological and political education agent platforms for universities nationwide.
